REFUND POLICY

At PrymaTV, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing a reliable, high-quality IPTV service with automatic updates, regular channel additions, and continuous system improvements to ensure the best viewing experience.

Our service includes:

  • 7-Day Service Guarantee

  • Automatic system updates

  • Regular addition of new channels and content

  • Automatic fixes for technical issues whenever possible

  • Continuous performance improvements

If you experience a technical issue, our support team will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Your Order ID or Transaction ID.

  • The subject line: Refund Request.

  • A detailed explanation of the issue you are experiencing.

In some cases, we may request screenshots or additional information to help us investigate the issue. Our technical team will carefully review your request before making a final decision.

Refund Conditions

We kindly ask that you allow our support team the opportunity to troubleshoot any technical issue before requesting a refund.

If we are unable to resolve a service-related issue within 48 hours after receiving your request, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the purchase date. Requests submitted after this period are generally not eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, refunds typically take 20–31 business days to appear in your account. In some cases, processing may take up to 90 business days.

These processing times are determined by the payment provider or your bank and are beyond PrymaTV’s control.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The customer is unable to configure or set up their device after receiving our setup assistance.

  • Temporary channel freezing, buffering, or outages affecting individual channels.

  • Internet connection problems on the customer’s side.

  • Problems caused by the customer’s Internet Service Provider (ISP).

  • Issues related to the customer’s device, application, or local network.

  • Temporary maintenance or interruptions from content providers.

  • The customer changes their mind after purchasing or wishes to switch to another subscription or server.

Service Guarantee 100%

If the service becomes completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to a server issue or another problem caused by PrymaTV, we will, at our discretion:

  • Issue a full refund (if the request meets the conditions of this policy), or

  • Extend your subscription by the amount of lost service time at no additional cost.
